GREG MIKE X REAL SKATEBOARDS COLLABORATION EVENT
Local Atlanta artist Greg Mike has teamed up with REAL skateboards on a collaboration series of decks and apparel. To celebrate the release of the line, ABV gallery is throwing a product release party sponsored by STRATOSPHERE. Proceeds from the line will benefit the Actions REALized drive for JKC. Stop by Monday Feb 27th from 7-11, bring your board, have a drink, and enjoy some sick art all for a good cause, see you there.

Vertley
For our last day in California, the Stratosphere team stopped by Berkeley to check out a vert ramp that we had heard about all week. While most of the team was too beat up to skate, Grant mustered up the energy to shred as usual. Thrasher was there to film a little, and today they released an edit. Heres a preview of some of the session, more to come later this week from us.

1st Annual Stratosphere pumpkin carving Contest
Stratosphere Skateboards is going to be hosting the 1st Annual Historic Old 4th Ward pumpkin carving contest. Bring your pre-carved Pumpkin down to Old 4th Ward Skatepark and enter it into the contest for a chance to win some prizes. We will be holding a best trick contest too. Show up from in costume @ 8:00 on wednesday October 26, 2011.

Thrasher Skate Rock China is going down currently, and Stratosphere team rider Pat McClain is along for the ride once again.
Skater Aid 2011
Thanks to everyone who came out last Sunday, yall made it a great success. In total we raised well over $25,000 to support families who are dealing with the tragedy of pediatric cancer.
Stratosphere team rider Troy Cobucci, stole the day, placing first in both the Kickflip Challenge and the Best Trick contest. Thanks to all the suporters, and Scott from Atlanta Hate Us for the additional footage. We will see eveybody next year.

As part of the 2011 Atlanta Celebrates Photography festival, our good friend Atlanta photographer Ryan Flynn opens “No Posers,” a photo exhibition at Young Blood Gallery this Saturday.

Skater Aid this Sunday
This Sunday September 25 is 7th annual Skater Aid. Skater Aid is an all day event, come by and skate the ramps, check out the contests and maybe score some free stuff. There will be music, food, drinks and original skateboard deck art for sale. This is one of Stratosphere’s favorite events, so come check it out and suport a great cause.
